The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest

If you’re a latecomer to the Stieg Larsson phenomenon, here, briefly, is the deal: Larsson was a Swedish journalist who edited a magazine called Expo, which was devoted to exposing racist and extremist organizations in his nativeland. In his spare time, he worked on a trilogy of crime thrillers, delivering them to his Swedish publisher in 2004. In November of that year, a few months before the first of these novels came out, he died of a heart attack. He was only 50, and he never got to see his books become enormous best sellers — first in Sweden and then, in translation, all over the globe.

Here is the review of his latest book, "The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest".

"The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest" opens at Stockholm's sahlgrenska hospital where both salander and Zalachenko survive surgery. Also, Neidermann, Salander's half brother escapes capture. Salander is no longer on the Sweden's most wanted list but police are looking forwars to interrogate her. Blomkvist, the journalist is also looking for answers to his questions. He continues with the investigation he started with "The Girl Who Played With Fire". As Blomkvist investigates further, he draws the attention of a radical group of true believers. The group's secret are closely guarded. And like the previous novels in the series, this novels moves in a sequence. Salander is locked in a hospital room, doesn't even have her customary laptop and Blomkvist is not allowed to talk to Salander. Though they collaborate again.

This novel is full of twist and would keep the readers guessing till the very end. Readers should not start this trilogy anywhere but at the beginning. Every part refers to the next part and anyone who havn't read the previous part would find something amiss. This book is like harry potter for adults and honestly a must read. So grab this bestseller now.
